The project
We had been using Zendesk for customer management and communication, but as our business grew, we needed a more robust solution that could support our sales and marketing efforts. That's when we decided to implement HubSpot's MarketingHub and SalesHub. However, we knew it wouldn't be a simple process, and we needed a trusted partner who could guide us through the transition.
